Bookkeeping & Accountancy for Self-Employed People

Reliable help keeping your accounts accurate and up to date

Bookkeeping, paperwork and deadlines can take time away from the work that actually earns you money.

I provide bookkeeping and accountancy support for self-employed people and small businesses, from record keeping and accounting software to year-end accounts and Self Assessment.

You can hand over as much or as little as you need, with support that can change as your business develops.

Bookkeeping and accountancy services

You can use me for regular bookkeeping, year-end work, or a mixture of both.

Regular bookkeeping

Recording and categorising income and expenses, reconciling bank transactions and keeping your records up to date.

Zoho Books & Xero

If either forms part of your bookkeeping, I can help with setup and use, including sorting out problems when things don’t look right.

Self Assessment

Preparing your year-end accounts and Self Assessment tax return, submitting it to HMRC, and explaining what you need to pay and when.

Regular help or just at year end

Regular bookkeeping

If you want the records kept up to date throughout the year, I can deal with the bookkeeping on an ongoing basis and keep an eye on anything that needs attention.

Year-end only

If you prefer to keep your own records during the year, I can take over at year end to prepare the figures and complete your Self Assessment for you.

You can also move between the two as your business or circumstances change.

If ADHD, dyslexia or autism makes the wider business admin harder to manage, I also offer neurodivergent business support.
